Everything was perfect, from the location, exceptionally delicious food (breakfast buffet, post-bath ice cream, evening soba noodles). Very nice public bath areas. Free washing, drying costs ¥100.

Amazing room for a family of 5 (5 beds AND lots of space!). Nice onsen experience. Conveniently located around many stores and restaurants. Great place for us given that we were attending a wedding in Kashima but is far from Tokyo if you were wanting to use it as a jumping off point for the city. The bus ride to Tokyo station is very convenient though- picks you up at the hotel and basically goes directly to Tokyo station with one brief stop. Trip is about 1.5h.
