Amazing experience and breathtaking views of Fuji. The room was pretty comfortable and the hotel was fantastic. When visiting Fuji I will stay in La Vista for sure.

I stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveller. I enjoyed the Japanese-styled room and the onsen, and the place was peaceful with wonderful views of Mt Fuji and the gardens (I was fortunate to have good weather during my stay). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The staff were professional and helpful, and there was a handy bus shuttle between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. I had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Kagetsu. The grounds were exceptional and the indoor/outdoor onsen was so nice and relaxing. We would 100% recommend Kagestu to our friends and family.

Friendly nice staff, big room, comfortable futon, incredible view, amazing breakfast. Truly an amazing stay to experience a traditional Ryokan. The onsen bathroom was also very clean! The location is also very convenient to take the sightseeing bus or walk to the station (30 mins walk). They also have a free shuttle service twice in the morning to go to the station, perfect for check out!
