Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts are as kind and helpful as can be, every morning a delicious and varied breakfast spread, convenient 5 minute walk to the nearest gondola with ski storage included so you don't have to haul your skis and boots back and forth, located directly on a bus stop if you don't want to do the pleasant 20 minute walk to the town center, comfortable and modernized rooms. Can't say enough positive things about our stay here and Ilona and Eva Maria.

Spent 4 nights here in March - hotel and staff exceeded expectations in every possible way. They were so welcoming, accommodating, and are simply great people. Room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the valley. Sauna was a nice bonus and the staff went out of their way to buy me gluten free bread for breakfast. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Schwarzer Adler was amazing! The staff made us feel like they truly care about us and were very friendly. All accommodations were very good as was the food as well. The place has a lot of history and character that is intriguing, and is very comfortable as well. Great view of the mountains from the rooms. Definitely one of the most unique places we have ever stayed!
