It is a new, clean, beautifuly decorated apartment. A 10 min walk from the center, so no car needed.

Amazing view on the lake and mountains, super location 3 mins walk from tram stop and 10 mins walk to downtown, cable car exactly infront of the hotel ,very decent and elegant breakfast, spacious room and above all ,the owners of the hotel Stephie and Michael are super friendly ,helpful and the rest of the staff are very nice .I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy gmunden and explore areas around like hallstatt, bad ischl, salzburg...

Everything! A super welcoming host, an absolutely delightful and clean little flat, a short 5-10min walk to the center of town, the comfortable reading corner. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — right in the center and close to several amazing restaurants and coffee places. The layout inside is very thoughtful and cozy, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay — even a washing machine and a baby high chair. The bedding smelled fresh, everything was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, especially as we were traveling with our 3-week-old baby. Solid 10/10 — thank you so much! We’d love to come back again when we have the chance.

The location is very close to the center. Easy to reach.

The room with a lake view is a gem, and it’s clean. Breakfast is sufficient, and coffee tastes great. Miss Amélie is very hospitable.

We liked tremendously the view on the lake from our bedroom and to be able to walk along the lake. The staff was friendly and the room very inviting with its balcony.
