Very comfortable studio apartment. It had everything for our needs. Very clean and lovely views. Easy walk to restaurants and the water.

Beds super comfortable, so important. Staff was exceptional in helping us contact Heron Island. Staff very nice both visits. Stayed two different nights. Quiet, excellent air con, shower was nice and large with great water pressure. Thai place by front door exceptional. Would stay again and again, the beds are excellent.

The manager was really nice and could not do enough for you. They were still making changes as it was under new management. I will go there again and look forward to the re opening of the restraunt.

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. The balcony was a nice area to sit and relax and enjoy the views. Air conditioning in all rooms.

The management and staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I mentioned the microwave had been broken by a previous person and the kettle had no cord, immediately I was offered another room but I declined and unexpectedly within an hour there was a brand new microwave and kettle delivered to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable and has basic cooking facilities and utensils. I also extended my stay by an extra night without any drama..

We loved the location because it was central, and we could easily walk to the train station and to the marina. We also really appreciated the staff, who were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. It was really nice to have laundry facilities in the rooms, and the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed.

reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful - not just to us but they were very kind to other travellers looking for assistance restaurant on site offered excellent meals and wines immediate offer to hold our luggage for three days til we were back the little dog!

The hosts were fantastic! I was made to feel at home and they went above and beyond to make my trip incredibly easy.

The property was fine in what was offered

The outside chairs and carpet look dated BUT the rooms are surpringly nice, well conceived, clean and comfortable with a large, modern, sparking bathroom. The manager is easy to contact and the location convenient and easy to find. One of the rare 'better' motels.
