AustraliaI was in Toowoomba to attend a wedding. When the prearranged taxi did not arrive the owners stepped in to ensure that I did not miss the wedding. Their empathy and assistance was truly gratifying. I have never experienced such generosity in any of my previous travels.
As an aside, to have covered car accommodation in Qld is a bonus given the storm season and the risk of hail damage to vehicles.

The Location was perfect, only a short walk to Beautiful Queens Park, and lovely cafe’s! You can also walk to the CBD for some shopping if you would like some extra exercise!
The rooms were also spacious enough, and yet still cosy.
The Staff were very friendly and lovely and I was also able to check in an hour and a half early as the room was done, and that was very appreciated at the time.
Car parking was also easy and accommodated my very tall vehicle, so was extra happy with that being able to have the car right outside the room.

Good location and nice east-facing view (from 4th floor). Clean and neat 2 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen. On site secure parking. Walking distance to shops.

The apartment was spacious and had a washing machine and dryer. Heater lights in the bathroom. Car parking right next to the room was handy. Didn't hear much road noise.
