No breakfast was provided. I liked the laid-back atmosphere. Backed on the St Lawrence River, quiet at night, outside facilities available to patrons. ie, benches, swing seats, gazebo, and fire pit. Interaction with other patrons and staff was something not found in hotels. No bed bugs, no night crawlers, it was clean, you could walk across the floor in bare feet without feeling grit. Yes, it is outdated, maybe it could use some paint here and there, but the bed was comfortable. you could open the window at night and be comfortable without running the AC all night. I liked this Motel and would recommend it.

Breakfast was perfect. The proprieter was friendly, helpful, and professional. The town was especially welcoming on Patriots Day, which was being celebrated at the park across the street.

I really enjoyed my sleep, a substantial breakfast, very clean, and amazing vibes.

We made an error in booking and the staff and manager accommodated us beautifully.

The Chalet is incredibly cozy, temp control is great, hot water (and water pressure) was excellent. Small kitchen appliances help with cooking breakfast (toaster, mini oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave), and the barbecue helped with lunch/dinner. The location is nice, and there is a small trail behind the chalets where we took our dogs to walk.
