Great location right next to the train station. The staff was very nice, and the paid option for a proper late checkout was a nice touch for those in transit.

The receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic to help.

Room, location and breakfast was excellent. Staff, Aisha was and others were soooooooo good. I will visit next year as well.

The reception, accommodating guest services, cleanliness

Upon entering, I was met by Sanja l, the receptionist who booked me in and was very pleasant. Up to the 4th floor to my room in a tiny elevator with my golf clubs and backpack. My room is comfortable with a large bed and all the amenities you could possibly need for a 3 day trip. Downstairs in the restaurant, I was met by Adriana, who served me my food and drinks. The next night, there was Alpha serving. Great hotel. I will be back for my last night in Zurich.

Everything in the room but i am not familiar with room without aircondition.

The room was spacious enough for my family to sleep well (2 adults + 2 children below 12 years old)

F good hotel and friendly staff

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times in three consecutive years now and it has never disappointed. Switzerland can get really expensive really fast, but one thing you can count on is having a budget hotel to stay in and Saint Georges Hotel fits the bill perfectly. Especially Zürich as it’s one of the most expensive cities in the world. I can’t say enough good things about the man at reception who always wears a fine Swiss watch and nicely pressed shirt. Always looking professional. The lady at reception is always amazing as well. They’re both cordial and welcoming. The room is big enough for one to move around in and having a personal sink is fantastic. It’s hit and miss with me and hotel pillows, but the ones at Saint Georges I loved. A hearty breakfast for 15 CHF is offered, which is a bargain for Swiss prices. Despite the use of shared bathrooms, cleanliness is second to none. It always looks like the rooms with either the toilet or shower were just cleaned after having been used not long before. Having a room with a balcony is scenic and gives you full, deep breaths of fresh, clean air. The lobby is comfy and spacious for deciding your next move or taking a break after your last one. The hotel being near the river offers some scenic views as well.

The staff was very helpful and kind - our room was on the ground floor and they offered to switch us upstairs in case we found it too noisy. There was free water, coffee, tea in the room and also in the reception area. The breakfasts were also great with a lot of options including lactose free milk and yoghurts, local breads, and lots of fresh fruit and vegetable options. The hotel is close to a train station and there is a tram line going into the city center located within 5 minute walk.

The most I like that we were two days before stay rebooked by the staff from Olympia to the sister hotel Stroller and it is really very nice. And the hotel Stroller is just 100m away from Olympia

The best Youth in Switzerland (out of 4 I've stayed in)

It is really close to the city center and the transportation was incredibly accessible.

the lady at the reception was very nice and answered all our questions . The breakfast had several varities and was very tasty. the room was spacious with an extended room , which was very nice. the location is accessible to all means of transpaortation .

The location, cleanliness and friendly attitude of the staff

The location was perfect for walking out the door and finding food, shops and transportation. The room was very comfortable with so many amenities in the room. We had the balcony room when was very nice and included breakfast at the cafe downstairs. The options and service were great. Would love to return!

Fabulous location in the Old Town. Numerous coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants at your footsteps. Great shopping area. Only about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to coach parking. Staff in the restaurant and front desk extremely courteous and helpful…always a smile on their face. Room and bathroom very clean and made up every day. Air conditioning, which was required during my trip due to the hot weather, worked extremely well. Bottled water was replaced every day in my room. Breakfast was fabulous. Eggs and bacon were cooked fresh as per my order on arrival in the restaurant. Breakfast served in their main restaurant which had great ambience…white tablecloths and candles all over the place. Waitresses and manager made you feel like home. Free at the front desk every day…sweet cherries, nectarines, bottled water and nespresso coffee. Easy on line checkout.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Zurich. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, the river, and major attractions. It was also very convenient for moving around the city and reaching the train station. The hotel itself had a cozy Swiss atmosphere, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming throughout the stay. After traveling and exploring the city, it felt like a perfect place to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich.

The room was perfect for a family of 3. The location is beautiful and close to everything in the center walking. The staff was very warm and friendly. The common area of the hotel is wonderful for families too. We had a great stay.

The service was exceptional, as was the breakfast and everything at the hotel. They were very helpful with our daughter's requests during breakfast and in assisting us with restaurant reservations. They even provided a pillow menu to accommodate different preferences. We enjoyed our stay!
