Hotels with Parking in Fangjiayao

I like everything but I believe there should be someone at the reception that speak English.

I think what I got was less than my expectations. Just to mention that the very important good about this hotel is it's distance to the metro station (line 2) that is just outside the hotel door. The staff were also helpful (although most should use google translator to communicate). It appears that this hotel is very mostly set up for local customers rather than international.

It’s a gorgeous hotel, very comfortable with all the amenities that a real 5 star hotel might have. The breakfast is excellent and the bedroom is clean and big!

The location was close to the station and other restaurants.

The hotel presents an incredible value. The room looked like out of the box and the facilities are kept impeccable.

Clean! Amazing breakfast! Employees are all super helpful , they helped out in so many ways from having cabs come quickly to the hotel and having Chinese yuan for currency exchange in a pinch, they even allowed me to store my luggage for the day after I had checked out which allowed me to go shopping without my bags and come back and then head to the airport!

The room was well-lit with a great view. Spacious and clean with necessary charging ports. The location is great for travelers using the hongqiao transportation hub either air or rail.

When I check out my room,the receptionist was very friendly and did excellent job.

The staffs were really helpful when i forgot my phone in the taxi and they helped me to call the driver get my phone back

It is very well located and convenient to visit Hongqiao CBD area. Clean and bright. Really enjoyed my stay here. Will come back next time.
