The breakfast was awesome, the employees were top notice, rooms comfy and spacious, good location.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, always with a smile. I really liked the assigned room which had a balcony. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has attentive service.

Good location, generally helpful and friendly staff. However, not all staff knew the policy about charges for pets as we were told 30,000 covered our several day stay, the next day when we extended our stay, another staff member said the pet fee was 30,000 per night

Manuela at front desk she was amazing 🤩 we love to come back she helps us out a lot I also gave my friends and family her name because they are planning to travel pretty soon to Medellin and told them to look for her

I stayed a week and it was perfect, could happily stay much longer. Everything felt new and clean. Good strong, hot shower. Had a good balcony with a view and you could charge your laptop there. Check in was smooth and clear. Clothes washing service.

All! Especially the staff Front Desk: Paola and Pol and Christian went above and beyond to take care of the tinniest details. Isa, Estephania and Maurylyn were there daily at the in house restaurant that served a wide variety of tasty, super healthy and bargain price meals. The rooftop terrace with pool, full gym, bbq and game room were so convenient! And all for a bargain price.

What I like most about the property was everything! Staff was very attentive. David was exceptional! Great Human Being. Anything that was needed or needed to be provide David accommodated the services. Staff was alert, punctual, polite, accommodating. Everyone deserves a Raise in pay! Top Notch Service
