Great views, and a great restaurant

Large suite and bathroom. Friendly staff. Staff helped us get a good and reliable driver.

The hotel is directly across from the main square and we could watch life go by from our window. The room was large with a small kitchen in a separate room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied and had a rushing waterfall feature.

This hotel is one of the earliest hotels (may be the first) in the Pereira, founded in 1930s. Therefore, it has the history and elegance, with a great experience. It is definetely not one of the modern but soulless hotel chains. Location is in the middle of the city centre. It includes a complimentary breakfast, as well. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. Again, my specific thanks to the hotel manager, who solves our problem with the taxi driver at the very first minute we arrived to the hotel, and to the kind reception lady, who helps us to contact our problematic hotel in Bogota!

I needed a quiet, air-conditioned room to rest before my international flight out of the Pereira airport (which is very close by). My room met all of these expectations, and the staff was very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel , the outdoor areas are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. The grounds, pool, gardens, and play areas are very well maintained, and the colorful rustic buildings give the place a charming countryside feel. The staff keeps the facilities clean, and the nighttime lighting adds a cozy touch.

The view is amazing, the apartment is very nice. The room was very cozy.

The location was great in the middle of our travel, is a bit far from Pereira towncenter but still convenient, even more if you're in transit.

Close to center of city. Room didn’t have windows and was very small. A place only to sleep, not to hang out.

I love every space, and our experience was top. The bed and bathroom were extremely clean, which I appreciate a lot, and the staff was too friendly. It's near to supermarkets like Olimpica, Ara, and near to the downtown.

It's a relatively new building, and so all the facilities were new. The room, a Jr. suite, was large and spacious. Although located in the city center, ambient noise in the room was low, owing to design features. The staff was superb and the service great. Although there is no on-site parking, the hotel has an arrangement with a parking garage located a block away. Overall, it was a great value.
