Great staff, very nice and clean hotel and amazing location! Small hotel, not too many guests!

It’s location, it’s very centric and the rooms are spacious

very uniquely designed and very tastefully too. So much greenery inside the hotel which is beautiful. Breakfast was impeccable but didn’t get to try lunch or dinner due to short stay.

The receptionist was extremely kind! The interior of Casa Colon looks quite beautiful! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean! The served breakfast was also a nice surprise!

This condominium is beautiful and very well kept. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you’re there. It is also only 5 kilometers from the hotels that are pick up points for many of the tours that go to the Arenal volcano. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

It was the Staff!! The staff made my stay awesome! Sam at front desk was extremely helpful at all times. She's the best front dest associate I've ever encountered. The breakfast staff didn't speak english but still made me feel like I was part of the family. The food was prepared fresh every morning and given with a friendly welcoming smile. The housekeeper was extremely sweet. She too, didn't speak english, but was always cleaning and speaking with a friendly smile. The maintenance man was top notch. He cleaned the pool every morning and kept the grounds clean and the bushes shaped to perfection. The Manager was always on point. Made sure if anything was needed it was done immediately and correctly. I will visit again. I'm from The U.S., Virginia, this was my 1st time in Costa Rica so I decided to get a hotel with the locals and not w/ the tourist. It's a 10 of 10!! Thank you all for making my costa rica experience a fantastic one. I'll be back soon.

It is very clean and feels very safe. It is well known so it’s easy to give directions to drivers. The building itself is very unique and fun.

Very cool place with fun amenities. Secure, relatively comfortable, and clean. Great views as well! Very accommodating for our family, especially with our dogs. Dog area is great and easy to find and use (especially at 5 am... 😆)

Building is beautiful and interesting. View is amazing, especially from upper floor. Plenty of hot water for showering. Pleasant interesting neighborhood
