All the staff was very friendly. Facilities are amazing. Food and drinks were fantastic. Shout out to Mr Ahmed Gamal who ensured that we have a good time and was in contact to check that there are no issues. Also to Mina in the reception, Islam in the terrace bar. Everything was wonderful. We hopefully will come back soon.

Comfort and Quality of services

Every single thing. Absolutely clean (room, main facilities, beach, swimming pool etc), excellent staffs (smiling, attentive, helpful), grand variety of food. Staying in Hilton was a perfect experience in Egypt. Worth every penny. I will definitely go back.

My stay at Shellghada Hotel Hurghada was truly exceptional from the very beginning. I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home. I would like to give a special thanks to Miss Nourhan and Mr. Mohamed at reception for their warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. They truly made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. One of the best parts of the hotel is the private beach. It’s absolutely beautiful — clean sand, crystal-clear water, and a calm, relaxing environment that’s perfect for swimming or simply enjoying the view. The hotel also has a lovely beachside restaurant right on the shore, offering a beautiful setting to enjoy a meal while listening to the waves. The hotel offers breakfast only, but it’s hot, fresh, and truly delicious. The variety and quality were more than satisfying, and the staff made sure everything was always well presented and ready. I also want to highlight how friendly and helpful the entire staff were. Everyone I met was polite, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and happy. Their positive attitude added a special touch to the whole stay. Overall, Shellghada Hotel Hurghada exceeded my expectations in every way. Starting from Ahmad SAMI and Mahmoud at reception finishing with Ahmad Kamal at bar beach passing with hsmdy till every employee they were perfect in clean and in food and pool and all bars and spa and gym really we will come back its amazing resort I advice and you will see. Nothing all was good

The reception staff was very professional both on my check in day and on my check out day,there was a guy Abdelhammed at the reception very caring and polite... Houskeeping was doing their job in details no dust no rust all clean and new rooms The pool is very spacious and the territory of the hotel can hold a stadium with palms and arcade and the coral beach right in front The food consists of lot of meat and different lentils plus plethora of delicious cookies and yeah the drinks as sweet as it can possibly be

Amazing Stay at Sunrise Resort – Special Thanks to Haitham! I had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Resort! The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered great amenities for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Haitham at the reception—his warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this resort, and I’ll definitely be back!

The hospitality was exceptional. The staff are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Always available and on time to assist even with outside activities. Mohammed Abdul Hackim was of great help, very professional. Mr Wesam also saw to it that all my outdoor activities (sea & dessert) were taken care off including transportation. Thanks for having me.
