Recently refurbished hotel in SAW airport proximity (5-15 minutes drive depending on the traffic). Basic room with very comfortable bed and large, clean shower. Welcoming staff. Reasonable price for hotel transfer. I stayed on 5th floor - it has a very nice terrace. Some grocery nearby.

Excellent hotel in line with the expectations for a 5-stars. Excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, efficient wifi, position close to Marmara sea and Florya Akvarium station of Marmaray rail line, just some 30 min walk from Yeşilköy with plenty of restaurants.

Hotel Sapphire in Istanbul was a fantastic place to stay! The staff were warm and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were so cozy that it felt like sinking into a cloud. We loved that there was no street noise at all—since cars aren’t allowed on this street, it was wonderfully peaceful. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. There was such a great variety of fresh food—salads, fruits, vegetables, pastries, freshly made eggs and even Turkish sweets that were a delight to try! The team serving breakfast was very professional and friendly. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of trams, buses, and ferries, which made exploring the city super convenient. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were seamless, making everything stress-free. Overall, Hotel Sapphire felt like the perfect base to enjoy Istanbul!

The ala carte breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Ilhan and Erdi were the best staff you can have at the l'entre restaurant.

The location is amazing. The public transport is very close (1 minute slow walk), a lot of the big tourist attractions are at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and kind. I want to thank them for their hospitality. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. I felt very safe. There was only one electric socket in the bedroom, but it wasn't a big problem for a solo traveler like me.

Excellent location and rooms are cleaned daily, good sound isolation, coffee, tea, and 1 bottle of water are complementary.. they offer 30 minutes of Hammam. I will be coming back to this hotel next time. They have a tasty shabbat home made, which you can't find elsewhere 😉 😀

Everything was alright , the day we arrived they picked us from the airport , it was smooth service , we came here , Serhat helped us a lot , he showed us main destination , place has prime location its close by to everywhere . Great location with wonderful roof top terrace with great view to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and Bosporus. Lovely breakfast at the roof top terrace. Loved the dinner at the terrace, too.
