Everything you need here , Beach with Aqua park with pool in one place , the service here is like the best ever seen , there is someone every meter to help you with love Room view was amazing and luxury , breakfast was nice as well.

The property is extremely beautiful, nice ,neat and coordinated , I’m very happy coming over here The furnitures have a very nice design , I’d recommend this place to every tourist or couples for romantic date, and Mr achraf and m s Keith did a great job and they should be credited as the best host in five Jvc

I shared with my family a long stay, the staff was amazing from the reception always very attentive, the security supervisor we had the loss of the phone but he was super timely and helped us to find it. At breakfast super nice and delicious and in front of the pool very nice. It is a hotel where the staff, cleanliness, food and beverage area are 10/10, even the restaurant on the 29th floor was like feeling at home thanks Tania. Sharing with my family so many days in that place became a little home. I would choose you again. Thank you for making us feel at home

This flat was incredible spacious, super clean, and in the perfect location. It had everything you could possibly need, and you can walk pretty much everywhere. The host was amazing, always kind, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. If it’s within your budget, whether for a short trip or a longer stay, don’t think twice just book it!

Everything was just perfect. The place is beautiful, specious , well equipped and nicely designed . But the most important thing is the location and the breathtaking view . Its in the heart of the downtown with walkable distance to Dubai mall . The view is stunning , you can see the fountain from every room. I feel lucky to find this place and highly recommend it to everyone . The host Mohammed was very kind and reachable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hostiva apartment in Downtown Dubai. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. The pool area is stunning, especially at night. The property manager was very helpful and friendly, guiding us throughout the stay and ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The apartment was very clean and spacious for four(4) people (couples). And the view from the apartment is to die for, you get to see the Burj Khalifa and the water show at a very close distance. It’s also very close to a 24hrs grocery store and a 10min walk to the mall and opera house.
