The facility had many different 'wings" so you can request options to be by the pool and action or off on the side in quieter areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The dive center is a minute walk in the sister resort making it very easy to plan and schedule dives. We had a late evening flight and were able to store our bags during the last day and then they provided us access to a shower before we left for the airport. We were one of the very few non-German guests, but that was not a problem at all. We loved our time there and wish we could have spent a few more days.

there was always a wide range of food and every day there was a different theme for the buffet. The staff were all nice and polite, the engagement team were always friendly and engaging. The managers helpful when you needed them. There are shops and excursions to book straight from hotel lobby.

The staff was very friendly and polite , the rooms was clean the food was tasty and there was a lot of choices, special thank to chief mourad at the beach restaurant over all the hotel is the best choice for nice vacation

The location the location the location this part of the road starting from Hurgada then Sahl hashesh and Makadi going to Soma and Safaga never you can have high mountain beside sea and beach different colors simple a picture drawn by the mighty.. Simply wow
