Amazing people with an amazing view! I loved every second i spent there! The staff were beyond amazing! The view in front of the nile is amazing! I love love everything about this place! I will come here again for sure!

Location it is on Nile river beautiful views all day

The location is near the Nubian Museum, and we can have a great view of the city and the Nile River. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

Actually everything is professional and the owners is very kindly and lovely people i will comeback for this home next trip

Beautiful hotel in Aswan, clean modern rooms, walking distance to center and market, top of hill with nice view over Nile and sunset. Breakfast very good.

Mango is very clean and tidy. The owner and staff are very nice and full of humanistic care.

Aswan people are hospitable, humble and generous and the host is no different. We went to the other side by ferry with my son to bring some medicine, he paid for our tickets.

The staff at the accommodation were extremely kind and very helpful, especially with arranging taxis and other requests. The room was very clean, and all the facilities such as the shower and toilet worked without any issues. (It seems this place is quite new.)

Amazing location on Isis Island. You need to take a boat to reach the hotel, which makes every arrival and departure a unique and interesting experience.

The Basmatic Nubian house offers a UNIQUE experience in Aswan. While the actual Aswan city has a very similar lifestyle to El Cairo, the Elephantine island offers a relaxed, Nubian atmosphere with outstanding sunsets. The staff at the house, specially Mahmoud, were very easy-going, cultured and incredibly welcoming. Staying at the Elephantine island is a must in Aswan!

I had a great stay at Shipa's house. She was very helpful and always replying my messages. We had the whole appartment for us and everything went well. Thank you so much my dear for a great service, we hope to come back!

The hotel is a very special place that it's on a private island alone, it's a very quite and calm place. Kalozi the person in touch and the owner, is an amazing guy who would love to help with everything you need during your stay in Aswan, he would arrange trips for you as well. Plus, Kalozi provide a service to drop you to the city and pick you up to hotel at anytime you need and for free by his own boat.

We absolutely loved the peaceful and quiet location and the gorgeous view especially on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast or shay on the terrace was incredible. The service was warm and hospitable. We got answers to all our tourism questions and appreciated the assistance to arrange our early morning airport transfer.

It is on the Elaphantine Island, which is a little paradise in the tourist trap city of Aswan. The hotel is in a Nubian village, and gives a pastoral & green relief from hot and dusty Aswan. It is s great place to meet with the locals, which you cannot do in Aswan as almost everyone over there thinks you are a walking wallet. Finally, itbis 2 mins from the pier, and crossing to Aswan takes literally one minute with the boat.

The owner is very kind and the house was really clean,, i really like. It and i will visit it again.

The place is modern, bright, clean and very comfortable. It really has everything you need and everything works smoothly. Also, Eslam and everybody else is friendly, always helpful and just a good person, but they also give you your space at the same time, when you need it. Also, it is located not far from the ferry among the fields and sitting on the rooftop terrace is just blissful, with all the nature around it.
