On the whole, I was very pleased with the stay. This is clearly a motel type property, not a luxury hotel and, as such, it does not have 5 star amenities or ambiance. It is also somewhat remote, though convenient as near highway. That said, the ambiance felt good and the entire experience was much better than expected. I would recommend this property as being a great value. Note we did not use the dining facilities.

We loved Casalagata! The garden was beautiful and the children had fun playing outside. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were fantastic. The house is in a great location on the side of the village above the famous Roman bridge. We visited in winter but I am sure the pool is lovely in summer. Thank you!

Rural location, but close to Caceres and Marvao. Easy parking in front of the building close to our room. We had a nicely decorated twin room. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was smaller,but well organized and clean. Close to our room there was a well equipped shared kitchen, dining room, and a cozy sitting room with a fireplace. Our host was friendly, but she didn't speak any English, we used Google translator to communicate. We liked this accommodation. We spent only one night there, but it would be great even for a longer stay. It was quiet and comfortable.
