Wonderful little hostel. It’s cozy and gives everything you need. Funny, they have even a little lounge area for guests to play cards, make a tea, warm your food if you need etc. it’s very family feel.

My partner and I got into a car accident on the way to the hotel and Francisco, the manager, truly went above and beyond to help us—he drove us back and forth from the hotel to the town multiple times, helped us contact the local authorities, coordinated with the tow truck, all while serving us a lovely dinner and maintaining exactly the sort of calm kindness that’s so invaluable in a crisis. Honestly, he made an experience that could have completely ruined our trip into just a minor blip. Thank you, Francisco.

Charming hotel, lovely room with terrace and view of mountains, staff was friendly and helpful, and quickly addressed my needs. Price value excellent, and a great meal for dinner!

Fabulous apartment with large terrace overlooking the river in Trevélez. Spacious well equipped kitchen. Everything was perfectly clean. Señora Asunción was very nice and helpful, meeting when we checked in and showing us the apartment. Highly recommended .

No breakfast, but that was expected. The view was lovely. The apartment was cute. Kitchen was very clean. It's in a fantastic, walkable location. The host was very kind--he even brought us grapes from his garden!

Such a thoughtfully conceived and welcoming place to spend some time at. Next time we will stay much longer. Lots of cozy little sitting areas. If is is raining she has created a delightful lounge a kitchen area for you to feel immediately at home. We loved it here she is a very attentive host 🥰💕

Great view from the rooftop patio and friendly host Fina. She turned the heaters before our arrival - quite considerate, allowed us earlier check-in and offered a late checkout as the reservations were low. Lots of lovely plants & flowers in the porch of the house. Well equipped kitchen. Quietness of the house and its close location to bus stop, grocery store Coviran, the plaza. Two quite spacious bathrooms. Endless hot water in the bottom floor. Bathtubs allow soaking baths to recover muscles from many hiking enjoyed. Two of three beds are in open space with space dividers. They are all on the different floor giving a bit of privacy from each other.

Casa Cecilia is a fabulous place to stay in the Sierra Nevada. The apartment is authentic and comfortable, and very well located for access to great hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.
