Staff was very nice and helppful

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

The staff was super friendly, the hamam was lovely and the room was adorable.

The value of money is just fine.

Beautifull renovated hotel and exceded expectations. We travel with a dog and there was no issues at all. Parking was free and you get free water.

The chalet was charming with an outstanding view of Annecy, the lake and the mountains. The hospitality of Patrick and the breakfast were much appreciated. Parking was easy on-site. The outdoor amenities were exceptional, including the beautiful pool in front of the chalet. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We would rent it again when next in the area.

Comfortable apartment in a house in a quiet residential area. Nice kitchen. Nice small private lawn outside.

This was a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with modern appliances. Coffee, Oj and cookies plus candy were for our use. Tea was also included. Very homey with lots of wood decor,

Very beautiful house, ample, comfortable and very nicely equipped for a nice stay with family or a group of friends . Ample parking for a large van and everything you need to enjoy your time there (jacuzzi, games, ping pong table, access to a pool). The host is very attentive and was accessible to answer questions.

The staff was very helpful and patient as we communicated in a combination of English, French, and Google Translate. We had an Amazon package coming and all of the staff were aware and waiting to receive it, so we were thrilled with their teamwork. The breakfast had many options but was an extra cost. The rooms were small but tidy and clean, really just enough for us.
