I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

I had a truly excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were not only polite and kind, but they also demonstrated genuine integrity. During my stay, I accidentally left behind a personal item, and to my surprise, they promptly contacted me. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every interaction reflected a high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, trust, and outstanding hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

The apartment was modern, well furnished and had fabulous views of the canal. The apartment is centrally located to restaurants, shops and a five minute walk to the lake. Our liaison met us with the keys and check in was a breeze. The secure, paid parking garage is less than a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed a boat tour on the lake and when the weather cleared, we had a fabulous, sun-filled day riding bikes around the lake and stopping for lunch at a lakeside venue. It was a very relaxing visit.

Fantastic location directly on the canal with a magical view. Steps to shopping, the market, bicycle rental and underground parking. Master bedroom and ensuite was well appointed and had an enormous shower. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The location was perfect- near the lake and downtown. The space was so well thought out and the rooftop balcony was a wonderful plus.
