It you are looking for a French European hotel vibe, this is the place !!! The staff ! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast has plenty of stuff. The property is very close to the beach (real sand) and the restaurants. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the train station. The pool is a great asset too.

The tranquility of the location and the lovely room

Carole is an outstanding hostess with a beautiful smile who speaks impeccable English. The breakfasts were sumptuous and the two dinners she prepared were delicious. The grounds are absolutely lovely and the suite was comfortable.

Great location, short walking distance to the beaches and shops. We were provided with 2 sets of beddings and towels for 8 nights of stay. Very functional kithenette with all you need to cook for yourself. Ideal solution for 2 travellers or family with 2 kids on the budget. Helpful staff that was able to address the issues within 10 min time and provide the guidance, if needed.

I really liked the location and the cleanliness this hotel has. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. You have the best beaches close to the hotel so you don’t have the need to rent a car if you decide to stay only in Antibes. Our room was quiet spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bedsheets and towels were really clean.

Charming and comfortable Hotel.

Very comfortable and spacious! Wifi and kitchen both worked great, and the terrace was a very nice bonus! Perfect location on a quiet street a few minutes from the stain station and a few minutes to the water. Great starting point to hike around the cape, or an easy walk straight across to the beach/city center/museums! Also and easy Uber or train to Nice and Cannes in wither direction. Great value, would definitely stay here again!

A super hotel in Juan Les Pins. A stone’s throw from the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. We had a lovely warm welcome and were given an upgrade room with balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with fresh decor. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was immaculate. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay longer next time. Highly recommend this gem.
