We were going to a conference and the hotel was 15 minutes by Uber (with traffic) from the conference location. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My flight landed super early so I arrived at 10:30am that day and was able to have my room. This was a plus as I had a long flight and 6 hours time difference. The room was beautiful and modern. I was able to take a nap that afternoon without hearing any noise. The area is very animated with lots of rest, bars and other shops. Very convenient location. Other family members were staying at this hotel the same weekend and they loved it too. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. Limited menu but great if you want to snack on something without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff who made my stay memorable 😊🥰

everything is as in the pictures, the hotel is super close a Metro station and a Tram.

This property is so private… furnished thoughtfully. Many metro station stations near buy… easy to see all Of Paris from here.

Everything was perfect: room size, comfort of the bed, bathroom amenities, staff, a few yards away from the metro station (Corentin Cariocou) and a grocery store with fresh food next door. The metro line (7) is well connected to everywhere, very appreciated !

Cute hotel which doesn't look to be a big chain or something. So really local feel. The parking garage was totally awesome. It has an elevator. We have a Ford Kuga and we just fit. Wouldn't drive something much bigger in there. Room was clean, bathroom also clean and quite new and the location was really nice. Well centered yet not to busy.

This location was in a great location - in a quiet neighborhood right next to a metro station so getting everywhere was easy. It was also a good size, with enough bed space, a nice shower, and a mini fridge. The landlord was also easy to get ahold of, and was super nice!

You have it enough for tour stay, lucky to have found this close to center, close to metro.

We stayed in this 2BHK apartment in Les Lilas, Paris from May-13-2026 to May-24-2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessary kitchen utilities, which made our stay very comfortable. Both bedrooms were spacious. The second bedroom had two single beds, which worked perfectly for our kids. There was a TV with a good internet connection, including Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice addition for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—the metro station is just about 50 meters away, making it very convenient for transportation. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which made shopping easy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families.

While the exterior might look old, everything inside was brand new: walls, appliances, towels, etc. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Good location, 10min walk from metro and shops.

It was a fantastic 4 days in Paris. Of my 5 trips to Paris, this one at the “bibou’s room” was the most enjoyable and memorable. Paul and B are incredible hosts who provided the French hospitality. The sleeping room with a desk and the relaxation room with a large closet, television and couch provided just what was needed to relax after days of the Metro and walking and climbing the Eifel Tower A French breakfast prepared by Paul full of fruits, breads, orange juice and coffee started the day. We had nice breakfast and evening conversations that helped plan the day. One thing that was emphasized was using the Metro, so plan on quick and cheap transportation to buzz around Paris, the crowded streets and looking for expensive parking could raise your stress level. Go with the flow with much less stress. We recommend a unique French experience with Paul and Benedicte a time filled with fond memories.

I loved the apartment: cozy, pleasant and very quiet. I loved the neighborhood: relaxed, calm, beautiful small gardens, nice people, good and not expensive food. Metro No. 11 to the city center is very useful and frequent.

The room is well clean and silent. It is also comfortable. Close to a subway station. 24h reception.

Was a nice quiet building. Very close to buses and subway. Close to pubs and grocery stores. Fantastic location, always felt safe walking around.
