Staff reception and assistance was excellent. Very much appreciated being able to leave bags and check in in the early hours of the morning after a night out. The free gift in our room was a lovely touch

Big rooms, lots of light, no external noise despite being so close to a busy road. Friendly staff. Restaurant food is fine and one can also order in (Uber Eats).

The hotel is amazing, truly. It's totally worth it. We went through a traumatic event before getting to the hotel, and the staff was amazing. So polite and kind, but flexible as well.

The only problem is I have to out 1 day before, due to the AirFrance charge me fligth, si if you can reembolsar 2 room 1 day esch one I súper happy with Booking please Thank you.

The Location was in a good spot.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help us in English as well. The hotel is beautiful with a wide range of offers & a cozy family vibe. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Free shuttle service is also a great way to get to the city center and was always on time.

Location: short walk to St.Charles. Breakfast: available after 6:30, full breakfast after 7:00. Kettle and refrigerator in the room. Convenient bedding. Good soundproofing. A/C

Staff was very friendly, location was clean and orderly so was the room. Location for me was the slight downside, but that falls on me for bad research.

Room is good for overnight stay. Kids had 2 separate beds, that's a huge plus. A lot of light and view from the window was awesome (to ferry wheel). Location is good to and there are several parks along thew way to the sea. Ah, and no keys - only code, it's good when there are 4 of us. Wifi was good too without complex authorisation process.

The owner was extremely accommodating and pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean, historical and had everything needed for a few days stay, including super fast internet, washing machine, full size fridge and dishwasher. He met us after hours to gain access and went out of his way to suggest solutions for transportation to the airport after our stay. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, plus light blocking curtains and huge windows with old style shutters on the outside that open onto a quaint alley. The shower room is large with a towel warmer and extra large shower and there is a separate toilet room. The location was ideal for exploring the vibrancy and cultures of Marseille.

Great location! One block from restaurant strip and 15 min walk to the old port! Place was large and beds comfy! Oh, and so many showers!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's centrally located, meters from the vibrant market and also very close to metro station as well as the tram, but also walking distance to the sea. All possible dishes and pots for cooking in the kitchen, as well as a nice coffee machine and even spices! Little cozy bedroom is a separate room. Plenty of towels, very clean and pleasant linens. The building is also new and modern, and good noise isolation inside. Really nothing else to wish for, many thanks to Laure for her hospitality.
