This was a lovely property that was the perfect place to arrive at after a long day of hiking the Cathar trail. The meals were fantastic, and the staff clearly took a lot of care to make sure all of their guests had a wonderful visit. The hostess even recommended a bar for us to visit when we were in Carcassone, with spectacular views of the castle, which ended up being one of our favorite places on the trip.

Willem and Jolene were absolutely awesome hosts. Great room, bathroom, breakfast all of it. I was looking for peace and quiet and while having coffee on the terrace one morning, over the span of about 20 minutes the only sounds I heard were distant cattle, roosters, song birds and owls calling back and forth to each other from up in the hills. Thank you both so much, definitely staying here again if I'm back in the area!
