You can eat magnificent food from the pizzeria next door, which makes its own foie gras & salmon(because this is France), sitting in hotel lobby, with wine from the hotel hosts, while you’re on your computer. An excellent breakfast can be brought to your room in the morning via the hotel passage! Fabulous value for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully clean and spacious studio apartments with excellent kitchen facilities, seating area and comfortable beds. Great communal area downstairs for cinema, seating & table football. Lovely views from great vantage point high above the city of Angouleme. We loved it! Extremely good value for money!

When we arrived on Labor Day by bicycle we did not realize all the restaurants were closed in town. We asked the owner for some milk and instead he prepared us a wonderful salad, bottle of wine, cheese and fresh figs from garden. It was one of or best experiences in France. The breakfast was also amazing and more food than we could possibly eat on our bike journey! We are grateful for his hospitality.
