Our stay at Castle View was a wonderful experience. Dave and Carmen’s recent renovations were top drawer - from a cute and functional mini kitchen to an excellent bathroom. Our shower was perfect with more than ample water pressure and precise temperature control. The room was absolutely immaculate. The bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, made to order, with both hot and cold offerings. It is apparent that Dave and Carmen knew what they were doing when creating a warm and welcoming B&B. If we return to Morpeth, you will find us at the Castle View.

Stepping Stones in Morpeth provides high-quality bed and breakfast in a town center location. This Northumberland guest house lies close to the River Wansbeck and offers free parking and WiFi access.

The property needs updating however, the cleanliness and the landlady was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We would stay there again.
