The hotel was new and clean and near the arena for a concert.

Everything was amazing, bed was comfortable, everything was clean, they gave us coffee and tea. Bathtub was a good thing to relax in our stay! 100% recommended :)

The best hotel so far flannels are nice bath has hand rail andinstructions for switching on TV shower etc loved photograph on wall, curtain are great at keeping room dark phones all over and no door slamming nice staff.tons of pillows.and mini fridge to cool water.

I thought the breakfst was particularly well done. We were given a menu and our order was cooked to our requests.

Fabulous in every way. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, close to train station, restaurants & bars. Right on the river, next to a contemporary gallery with bookshop & restaurant. Staff & especially housekeeping, who were thoughtful and kind, as I was in dire need of quiet & solitude (due to working in healthcare). My 2nd stay & cannot recommend it enough. Restaurant, bar, outside terrace beautifully designed, menu & breakfast out of this world.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they had great suggestions on what to do in regards to activities, sight-seeing, and restaurants/bars

Closeness to the airport. Check out up to 12 pm. Check in anytime. Clean. Cosy.

The staff was amazing! I dropped a very important necklace straight down the sink drain, the maintenance man was off, and the gal at the front desk and the housekeeper both came and took apart the sink to retrieve it for me.

Room was spotless. Checked in early too which was fab. All enjoyed the breakfast and didn't expect cooked breakfast so that was nice surprise. Location was great too.

I loved the stylish design and cosy atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Newcastle.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The hosts were very responsive and really helpful with some pre-planning concerns. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the train station, right in the centre of the city (which means it can be a little noisy at night.) There was so much space, the rooms were bright and clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment was in a great location in Newcastle with access to shopping, restaurants, sites, and public transport. It fit our small family comfortably. Our host was very generous to help provide a fan for the apartment when the heat was overbearing.
