Off season, the value was unbeatable. Great breakfast, with a main course that will be prepared in the kitchen + a buffet. Staff was able to receive us past the checkin time, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was super nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, great linen.

Outstanding service. All staff were so friendly and professional. We were made to feel very special. Location is perfect for walkers, if you love country lanes and beautiful bays. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world, the only thing that stops The Farmhouse being 5 star is there is no lift, however this is not a problem as the staff happily take luggage to and from your room on request. There is absolutely nothing not like,fabulous rooms (the suites are worth the little extra) but it’s the staff that make this hotel so special. Nothing is too much trouble, professional, smart, efficient always with a smile every single member of staff that we met. The housekeeping team need to be praised everything spotless every day. We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights so had a lot of time to find faults, there were none. And it’s worth mentioning the breakfasts are amazing, a great choice perfectly cooked. The cost of the rooms is equivalent to to a 3 star hotels around so extremely good value. To reiterate it’s the staff that made our stay so special, whenever in Guernsey this would always be our choice of hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking free and plentiful. Location very good and quiet for a perfect night's sleep (and we were in a front room!). The hotel is set back a very long way from the road which is not very busy. Lovely large comfortable bed. It is very clean and modern. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lovely conservatory and garden area at the back. Very good swimming pool area.

Room was nice - equipped with nice towels, toiletries and tea/coffee. Bed was comfy but the room above ours had very creaky floorboards which kept us awake as the occupants seemed to walk around a lot during the evening and night hours. Otherwise everything was ok. Breakfast was nice - good selection as was the evening meal. Plenty of parking available and good WiFi.

We had a lovely view of the sea. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, we had a lovely stay. There are about four small parking bays at the front of the hotel but plenty around the back, that we put a permit in that we got from reception.

Ed and his team were extremely friendly and attentive when we needed help with a few bits and pieces. Being located opposite the beach was absolutely ideal. Plenty of parking on site and a roomy apartment. Lovely experience all round for the family - will be back again next year.
