Really freindly staff all round always smiling. The hotel was very tastefully decorated with some really nice christmas decorations. Increadably chilled out bar with a good choice of food. Room was just right and a perfect super comfy mattress (big bug bear of mine when hotels cut corners) Well equipted gym too which is a bonus. Would not hesitate to stay there again ! Thank you

The hotel was in a fabulous area with great access to the 02 arena. It was very warm when we got there so we were also given a fan .... Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and our weekend in London was amazing

I love the accommodations, the neighborhood is quite and safe. Really close from bus stops you can take to go anywhere. Close to store to get groceries. The house is cute and so smart to get the keys from a box. Very clean, two bathrooms with shower. Very recommended

It's a great location, the staff were wonderful, the wi-fi worked a treat, and the room was clean.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. The towel layout on the bed showed attention to detail..

The property was beautiful! The pub downstairs had a wonderful ambiance with incredible service and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I was pleased that my room had an incredible view out over the back garden with plenty of natural light.

I especially like the combo washer/dryer. We were able to dry our jackets after a brief light shower. I also like that there's a grocery store right across the street.

Huge bedrooms, nice garden, clean, all the things you need, close to bus, train, groceries, fast food ...

The beds were uncomfortable and could feel springs.. the shower leaked and flooded the bedroom daily with each shower, and the washer and dryer took forever to wash and dry. Didn't use cooker only used the kitchen for the fridge and making instant coffee. Downstairs neighbor baby crying all night was an issue as you could hear it. Was a little uncomfortable all in all, and the stairs were very steep for carrying heavy luggage and a wheelchair.

I have reviewed this property - or different rooms in this property - before as I extended my stay several times. I have noted that the hosts are very helpful, the location is excellent for shops and public transport - there's even a hospital about 100 yards away if the worst happens. Compared to other properties in the area, it's great value. I would have stayed longer but the room was blocked out for December.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including bed linen, towels. The host was very kind and so was his entire staff.

A cozy place where we feel really at home. The entire place is clean and nicely decorated. Tony has been really quick and helpful in answering my questions. A great host indeed.

It was a beautiful stay, very close to shops and the host kept checking to make sure everything was okay which is very nice. It would be amazing for long stays.
