Very nice hotel clean spacious rooms comfy bed friendly welcoming stuff couldn't ask for more, we ate in the restaurant all the food was excellent and again friendly staff. If your in the area it’s a no brainer

Exceptional for the price , extra large bed double bed , Beautiful spacious room , Annex window view from the window was of Manchester iconic skyline , fresh towels and toiletries. Selection of condiments and what you didn't have all you had to do was ask the staff ,both night and Day staff ,polite and friendly., late check out 11am . Staff

Warm, clean, homely, lovely views. Room was cosy, peaceful.

Spectacular views from the Clock Tower at Birch Hill, Smithy Bridge, to the landscape at the back of the lake. All the surrounding hills towards Littleborough, also visible. The views were breathtaking. There are two large windows in the living room and one in the bedroom. I loved watching the weather change and seeing for miles.
