The welcoming receptionists were lovely, friendly and helpful The room itself was a nice size bedroom and bathroom, no fridge, but this is usual. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty.

First time to book here, and the hotel is close to all amenities, and 5 minutes drive to the hall where I had a meeting. Macdonald is just opposite the hotel. Tesco & Aldi just across the road. They are in a chain with Hungry horse where you can just order food/room service ❤️ The lovely receptionist, Rebecca was very welcoming all throughout the checkin process. Thanks Becky! You made us feel home. The staff at the bar were lovely, although it was a busy Saturday night, they still managed to facilitate us with hot sweet potato chips and tender chicken fillets. Excellent service to all Staff & the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back❤️🙏

Big room Good value Great breakfast

Grate location and amazing staff. My room was abit cold and could not adjust the air conditioning but told the receptions and the lady sort out with handing portable heater which helps alot during my stay. Thank you again for that.

Very friendly and efficient. They said up front there was no air conditioning but the windows opened. The value for money was unbeatable.

The receptionist was very much excellent on duty. Very sociable and welcoming. I really told him on the face that I like his demeanor and smiling 😀 face. I give him a thumbs up 👍.

The pool the steam room the bed was comfy and the pub is a good little add on nice and chilled

Our room was pristine, the linens were clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of selections.

Really lovely hosts. Let me check in early ank leave my bags and stayed up to make sure I got in ok after I had a few beers at wedding. Place is super clean and feels safe.

Host was very helpful and easy to contact. The property met all our requirements has we were doing a charity bike ride from Fairfield house Bath to Dunham Massey Manchester , Stoke was on the national cycling route.

It was a great location for us as we had a sports event at Fenton Manor, which was very close by. The house had everything we needed and extra touches like tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and cream etc and even some biscuits 😁. Great communication with the host who was very prompt at answering my questions. The beds were very comfortable.

Just needing more hoovering and dusting
