Newly renovated to a very high standard, very well furnished. Very contractor friendly. No smoking. No pets. Very large L shaped settee, 3 smart TVs, super fast WiFi, 6 seater dining table, washer, tumble dryer, air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer. Residents only parking passes and WiFi code are on shelf inside property. Numerous and all variants of usb plugs to charge your tech, both upstairs and down. Great complimentary book exchange shelf for guests, board games available to play.
A Carination Street like den of tranquility, just a stone’s throw from the city centre. Nearest city to Alton Towers. Festival Park/Water-World and other attraction very close. Monkey Forrest and Trentham gardens a short drive away. Forrest park with its amazing municipal skatepark is a mere 200m away. Great countryside nearby.
