The atmosphere and very friendly host Make made our unplanned visit wonderful! Even though at the beginning we experienced troubles to find the Chalet the host pick us up, brought to the place, organized welcome drinks and fireplace. We were provided with the drive to the ski resort and from. Unfortunately we couldn’t stat longer but really enjoyed the experience of the Chalet.

The highlight of the stay was the hot pool outside in the snow. Room was stylish and comfortable. Staff very kind. Nice activities of pool table, paid extra for bowling and it was fun. Breakfast was excellent.

This a new hotel and they really put effort in every detail of it. THE MOUNTAIN VIEW FROM THE ROOM WAS AMAZING.

For those visiting Gudauri for the first time, the entire village of New Gudauri is small and easy to navigate. Although this apartment is not ski-in/ski-out, it is close enough to the gondola and the slopes, making it easy to get around even during heavy snow. The apartment was very warm, and we could adjust the heater temperature as needed. ​The kitchen is well-equipped with a pan, a pot, and all the necessary cutlery to cook; we enjoyed making our own breakfast every morning. Conveniently, a Spar supermarket is located right next to the building. Please note that while the building consists of private apartments, there is a shared reception, though their ability to help with specific logistics may be limited. ​Personal Experience: The room was spacious, and both the sofa and the bed were incredibly comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best views in New Gudauri! Our host, Nica, was wonderful; she assisted us with a late check-in and remained available for anything we needed throughout our stay.

Great location and good communication with host

Ozon is one of exceptionally few places where you feel like you aren't in a hotel, but visiting close friends. And these friends are building a fantastic community of people caring for each other as much as they're passionate about the mountain in winter. Everybody will welcome you with a genuine smile, show real hospitality and make sure you have the best time. We spent our few nights in a really cozy building nested a bit underneath the busy part of Old Gudauri, with exceptionally clean and tidy (and warm!) rooms. There are morning shuttles to the first lift (although it's less than a 15 minute walk at a leisurely pace - we often did that), and if you need any advice about rental, servicing, instructors or freeride tours, you're in good hands! Special thanks to the ladies in the kitchen as well - they have golden hands! It was especially lovely when we walked out of the rooms in the morning or came back home from a long day, and the air in the kitchen was filled with the appetizing aromas of home-cooked food. We would definitely love to visit our friends again. Thank you for the wonderful stay, guys!

Such a cozy and lovely place! Everything we needed was there, and it was all so thoughtfully set up. We spent our evenings relaxing and just enjoying the weather and now. It felt like home, Would absolutely stay again.

The staff were friendly. Good breakfast spread, amazing location with good views of snow peaked mountains and it's a beautiful property, clean and tidy and very esthetically done.
