Lovely small hotel with very kind staff, the room was tasteful and spacious and felt brand new, all the amenities were satisfactory. In my next visit to zugdidi I’ll be sure to return!

Hotel Lumi’s owners, Michael & Nino and their family, were very accommodating, friendly and immediately responded to our inquiries & requests! They made sure of our comfort & helped with anything we needed: carrying our luggages up & down the stairs, to/from our room, & helping with our transport to the bus station & next destination. Hotel Lumi is fairly new, as such, everything is super clean, very spacious, beautiful huge closet, a table & 2 chairs, 2 of the most comfortable beds ever & cleanest and warmest bed linens!!!! It even has towel warmer in the bathroom & an A/C-Heating unit besides the heater by the window!!! Nino cooked us 2 fabulous breakfast, extra charge. There’s even a restaurant in front of the hotel, shopping mall & grocery stores within 10-minute walk. Hotel Lumi is the best private accommodation we’ve ever had in Georgia - fr Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, & Mestia so far!

We stayed one night at the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the shared kitchen with coffee and tea available. The location is great, within walking distance of the city centre. We would highly recommend this hotel.
