The staff was amazing. From the women that clean the rooms to the staff at the restaurant. Manole - the person at the buffet hall was the nicest person we ever met. He took care of us all - our little baby, and teenage girl :))) We had everything what we wish even before saying it. Also Ali was very, very nice and very professional. Best people ever. Also the pool life guard Villi. She was super super nice and lovely girl who took care us. Always smiling and helpful. We are all in love with her :) We are coming back, Grecotel, you better be ready for the mess :)))))) Amazing place with lovely people that work as a Team and make this place home With Love: Rumy, Lora and Mateo

The reception staff was really friendly and very helpful. Hotel is close to the centre and it’s clean. We loved the complimentary wine :)

The facility was new and clean. The location was excellent. The host was incredibly accommodating of our needs. And every small detail for us to have a comfortable stay was thought of.

Smartly designed, clean rooms and located in the city center. Living room and bedroom has seperate air conditioning which is a big plus, especially in hot summer time. Private parking area next to it so that you don’t need to look for a parking place.

It was very clean, very well designed. Also having a parking place in the center was very useful, we walked everywhere.

The place is beyond words! The hosts have a Great taste in decoration as well as the choice of materials when they created this place! Everything is brand new, well kept and the cleanliness cannot be described! We were provided with some light snacking as well as a nice bottle of wine on arrival. Ther was coffee, chocolate as well as a variety of teas and a choice of sweeteners. There's nothing they hadnt thought of and provided! The beds are huge and comfortable. Furthermore, the location is ideal. Central and next to the sea. All the buzz of the city is within walking distance. Last but not least the hosts were there all smiley when we needed them due to a mishap that arose although it was after midnight. Honestly we cant thank them enough and we cannot describe how happy we were with the choice of this place !! An absolute recommend! 10 / 10

The studio is very clean and comfortable, great bed. The location is amazing, at the center of the city. Good soundproofing, no noise from the bars and the restaurants. The parking was also a great perk.

Super stylish furnitures, detail oriented - washing powder, snacks, everything to feel at home and make our stay more comfy. Huge balcony and partial sea view. Walking distance to all main spots of the city.
