Heaven for parents and children alike. The all inclusive included all day dining and drinks. The rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious. Everything was targeted at families with small children- there were no environmental hazards or breakable statues/plants/glassware laying about, kids could roam around and just be kids without having to worry about the other guests (because they all had kids too!).

The staff and overall atmosphere at this location were simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members. I felt genuinely welcomed. The food was pretty tasty and there was plenty of variety. I cannot rave enough about this property. The grounds are beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Wow, wow wow where to start? First of all, I just want to say that the property looks much much better compared to what you see in the pictures. I stayed in the private pool room and the pool view is breathtaking. The quality of the finishing, the room internal details and most importantly the view are beyond great and neat. The cleanliness on a daily basis is on a different level and food breakfast / board options are really good.. The fact that the property is secluded and exclusive was a critical factor to my experience. You can literally do everything in the property from swimming in the beach, having access to different pools, spa, restaurants, bars and drinks, gym and they even have an aqua park. Now the staff, mostly greek and cretens which shows the property management supporting the local community ! They even invited us to their management party!! The staff was hospitable, nice and very friendly and catered to every request we had ! I’m beyond greatful… I would definitely come back or recommend the property to friends and family. A truly unforgettable experience, beyond expectations, and absolutely worth choosing this amazing hotel for your stay! Additionally, I just want to point out a very important detail that simplified our vacation in terms of communication: many of the staff spoke Slavic languages and were very polite. That’s a big advantage for me.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever been to. The sea view is excellent, the pool and the facilities are really nice, the food is great. Everything is nice and clean. And the staff is super nice, especially Yannis from the reception and the staff from the bar and the restaurant!

The location was right on the water. There was parking very close by which is always helpful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was so cute and the entire property was clean and very looked after. Their restaurant also has really good!!

Andreas, Eleftheria and Miri were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. Our hotel room was very clean and tidy and great value. Location was great and they had a private parking lot where we could park our car. AC worked well which was much needed in the heat. Really nice balcony with a comfortable lounge set.

We loved the place. The little courtyard was amazing, full of flowers and trees, it had a lot of shade during the day and calm atmosphere in the evenings and nights to relax. The pool anjoed mostly our kids. Pool and the area around was always clean and we had it mostly for our selfs. Breakfast was better than we expected, fresh juice, freshly baked pastries, fruits, omelets, eggs, cereals and more. Our room was comfortable and cool during the day. Cleaning service was excellent. Our host Jana was very nice and helpful in any possible way. I would definitely come back to this place. Panormo is a small village, peaceful and calm, but still has many great tavernas, bars and stores near the door steps. Beach was 2 min by walk and you can rent 2 sun-beds under an umbrella for 10 euro. Always plenty of them were available. Beach cofee-bar is just above the beach. It was very helpful to have a car, another great beach was only few minutes away by car.

The location was ideal. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was lovely. Parking was easy and nearby.
