The apartment was perfectly clean and well-equipped - everything we needed was there: a fully stocked kitchen, a large clothes dryer, an iron, AC in every room, an extra set of bed linen, reading lights, a new and spotless washing machine, and plenty of shelves and hooks in the bathroom. It definitely exceeded our expectations!
Daniel is a wonderful host - his English is excellent, and he was always available via chat or phone.
On top of all that, the tiny beach is within walking distance through a beautiful pine forest - no cars, no crowds, just peace and nature.
We’re already looking forward to coming back!

CroatiaHouse is nested in a village few minutes drive away from nearest beach. It is meant for motorized tourists, as the beachfront is few km away. On island of Krk, everything is max 35 minutes drive away, with very good roads. House is new or newly renovated, has a small shaded terrace and stone BBQ, It has all a family of four needs for a nice holiday. AC was ok, rooms basic but clean, beds are comfortable and spacious.
We couldnt reach the owner by phone at first, but when we sent a message, they showed up immediately. Also, the key was in front of the property, so even if the owner was not present, we could enter.

We loved that the apartment was located in a quite neighborhood with free parking options. App Cony was spacious enough for our family, additional bonus was that it is pet friendly (dog 10 EUR/day). There is a lovely terrace with sitting area and some deck chairs for resting or reading. The air conditioner is mounted in the best location so the whole apartment can be cooled. We stayed there for 10 days and have received fresh towels after 5 days.

In all my years of using Booking.com, I have never had nicer hosts than the ones at Apartment Frank, so kind, helpful and generous. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. It was within walking distance of the beach. The property had free parking and the air conditioning saved us on a 35 degree day. Thank you so much for everything. You are the BEST!!!
