I can wholeheartedly say this is the most special place I’ve ever stayed. Rice terraces transformed into a stunning, well-tended garden with a few cottages, each one completely private, surrounded by nature and the gentle sound of flowing water everywhere. The only noise you’ll hear is the forest! The room is simple, with large windows overlooking the view. The family takes care of everything with kindness and love, always with a smile and true generosity of spirit. The food is excellent and abundant, and it’s clear that everything is made with love - from the garden’s care to every grain of rice on the plate. There’s a private stream you can bathe in, and plenty of nearby trails to explore. The scenery is breathtaking and the area feels truly authentic.

This location is a good escape from busy parts of Bali and a good starting point to visit Jatiluwih, Banyu Wana, Ulun Danu... The food at Saridevi was great, and sourced from the organic farms which provide the spectacular scenery. Walks around the area are easy going, but also challenging if you are up for it. A great stay in a beautiful location and Made and Santi were excellent hosts. We hope to be back again soon.
