The host is so welcoming and very responsive to any issues. They provided water bottles for multiple days and some snacks (something rarely seen). The unit itself is probably the cleanest of all my other Gold Coast stays. I would come back and stay in this unit again, especially knowing the host is very responsive and helpful.

I went Jakarta for a quick trip and did not disappoint with this location. Very near to the airport, near to the entry to highways, and most importantly there’s plenty of restaurants just around the corner.

The room was nicely decorated for kids, and my 2 y.o. son was so excited to play there. The toys, books, projector, and slide with a small ball pool were a lot of fun. My kids especially loved the toothbrush provided at the property. The outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Around the apartment, there are plenty of restaurants, but unfortunately, it’s not very convenient to walk to them. By car (about 5 minutes), you can reach the Pantjoran or Batavia area, where you’ll find even more dining options.

Strategically located in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminal 2 above the departure hall, Jakarta Airport Hotel provides convenient rooms with air conditioning.

Free transfer from terminal 3 to terminal 2. Room was clean and the view was amazing as you're so close to all the planes. O highly recommend this hotel after a long flight to have some rest before you continue your journey. They serve a good breakfast with fresh fruits.

The breakfast buffet is great, the upstairs cafe is nice for cocktails and a smaller more personal meal option, and the outdoor pool area is perfect for relaxing, visiting, cooling off, and having a drink. The distance from the airport is short but the hotel feels far away and is quiet and maintains a beautiful environment. The work out gym is especially helpful for recovering from long plane rides and jetlag.

Stayed at Elong Hotel Jakarta PIK and had a good experience. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and it’s easy to get around the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but fine. Overall, a good hotel in a convenient location. Would stay here again.
