The shower water pressure was excellent. Delicious breakfast, cozy and clean room. Lovely host. Great half way stop on the way back to Dublin airport from cliffs of Moher

Centrally located, self service breakfast, nice sitting area for gathering or to enjoy take out; large bedroom - very helpful and accommodating host; we needed a place to reset ourselves during a long trip and this was the perfect place Lots of dining options nearby, coffee shops, post office, supermarket etc

I liked the hospitality and warmth of Carmel and Billy! And the breakfast was delicious. The accommodations were lovely

Brona was an incredibly kind host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. The location was beautiful and the attention to detail in the room was exquisite.

We liked basically everything! We met the property manager rather than the owner but that was fine; she was very informative and had lots of helpful advice as well as handing off the keys and showing us the ropes. It's quite spacious and well-furnished with a functional kitchen and a bunch of bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent a whole day just walking around the next-door castle grounds and general area. Friendly neighbors, easy to get to, free off-street parking if you rented a vehicle. Served as a "home base" for day trips around Ireland for us. Highly recommend.

The staff is wonderful! All are very nice and assist each other as needed. Excellent teamwork.

Lilys Place is a beautiful part of Burr. It is a short walk from the bus stop and located very close to Burr Castle.

The house was beautiful with everything you could need and so many cutes touches

I had a fantastic stay at the County Arms Hotel in Birr this April. The room was absolutely fabulous — spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the lovely in-room coffee to the excellent breakfast that was delivered straight to the room — a real treat to start the day. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend the County Arms Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’d happily stay again.
