we had a perfect stay. Tamara the host was very kind, the room was clean and we had a great time.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. Every single member of the staff were kind, courteous, friendly, and extremely likeable. Every interaction with staff was warm and friendly. They were absolutely looking after us in the most generous way possible, as they were super attentive and catered to our every out-of-the-ordinary asks and needs. When we had arrived, we were immediately greeted warmly and we felt welcome right away. We were also lucky to have been given a gracious upgrade to the honeymoon suite, which was incredible. The rooms were extremely clean, and the views of the surrounding areas were so verdant and lush with nature - pure green (Our stay was in Spring in early May). We definitely plan on coming back for our next getaway, and might not even go anywhere else! We give our heartfelt thanks to Inderpreet, Marco, and all of the staff that made our experience unforgettable! (We forgot the names of the 2 beautiful young ladies who assisted us every day. 1 gave me a towel with ice cubes to ice down my eye, which had gotten swollen either from an insect bite or an allergic reaction. For the other lovely young lady we managed to find and include a picture of a hand-written note of recommendations of places to eat she wrote out for us - which we absolutely loved!)

Location very nice on top of a mountain. nice and fresh view from our room balcony. In the morning one can only hear the birds singing. B'fast was excelent and dinner was super.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It has everything you need. It is close to the Terme di San Filippo. The host was very responsive and videos on how to reach and access the building were shared. Plenty of parking space as well. .

Nice apartment within walking distance to the town center and the hot springs. A complementary welcome basket awaits you upon arrival; complementary water awaits in the refrigerator. Our two kids liked the souvenir magnets (available for 1 euro each).

A charming and romantic haven of peace just steps from the most beautiful site in the world. Comfort and tranquility guaranteed, ideally located near all amenities, and magnificent walks. The highlight of our trip! Tamara was so kind and responded so quickly to all our requests promptly and professionally.

Clean with attention to every detail. We were given a suggestion by the host for dinner that was absolutely perfect as well.

The location is very close to the spring, the room is very clean and heater works well. the host also prepare snacks and coffee for the breakfast.

Clean and just what I’d expect in a small Italian town

I stayed at la Balena Rosa for NYE. Maria and her husband were magnifient hosts, super available, managing on short notice a comfortable, clean and caring apartment just next to the thermal baths. I know it doesn't have a lot of reviews, but trust me, I would recommend it to anyone! The place was clean, full of utilities, even food and gadgets. There was absolutely no noise, and Maria even accomodated a last-minute 5th person joining in.

What a charming comfortable well- equipped home for our family. The host welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was everything we could want and more. The beds were comfortable. And the location - absolutely stunning views with windows and doors that open to fully enjoy them. WOW! We enjoyed walking through the town, savoring some of the local food and relaxing in the hot springs nearby. Our only regret was that we wish we had more time to enjoy this wonderful place!
