Beautifully appointed clean property. Lots of parking, easy to locate. There is a beautiful pool, sauna, steam and salt rooms. The breakfast was lovely and our dinner there was delicious.

Excellent location with breathtaking view of the area. It is within a walking distance to the old town. The facility was very clean and the room well equipped. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was succulent with lots of variety of food. Silvia the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely recommended if you visit the area.

The room was fabulous with a nice size bathroom. Nice quiet area a little out of the way of the main attractions, the bathroom was generous for Italy.

The location is excellent, just where the old town starts. The parking was easily accessible with escalators. The view from the terrace is magnificent.The staff was friendly. The room was clean and convenient.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. A beautiful place to relax and unwind in a stunning location. Camilla is an absolute gem, her cooking class was fantastic and she went out of her way to help. The 4 course meals were absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The property is spacious, easy to reach, close to Cortona and excellent point to explore Montepulciano area. It was fully booked, yet we had a feeling we were there alone.

The breakfast was not huge. But it had cereals and Steven made us fried eggs and omelette to order, which was good enough for us. Adding some fruits would have been nice. The rooms are large, spotless with a large bathroom. A lot of thoughtful amenities like slippers, heated floors in the bathroom, fridge with complimentary drinks etc. Short distance from Cortona so lots of restaurants and shops.

This is just about the best stay experience we’ve ever had. First of all, the location, the beautiful town of Cortana is a picturesque gem of Tuscany, not very crowded and not far from Florence, Siena and other touristy towns. Our goal was to see the Christmas events in Arrezzo, which we reached by train FromCortana (just two ttrain stops). But best of all was meeting and making friends with the manager owner of the hotel, Sara. What a great human being!! We were running late to check in and she stayed waiting for us until we arrived. When we went to Arrezzo, we did not know what train to take back to the hotel and she gave us directions and information, and even stayed up waiting until we arrived back at our room safely. She met us every day at breakfast and cooked eggs for us, told us the story about the hotel and her family. This was a great experience and we are blessed to have Sara as our new friend.

Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

We loved the apartment. We felt like we were in an Italian love story. The apartment was better than advertised. I could live there forever.

Extremely nice and hands on staff. Location right in the heart of town, beautiful, authentic hotel with very stylefully decorated rooms. Great breakfast and just an overall very pleasant stay, what a gem.

Paula works hard to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible and her hospitality is like no other. The food was the best we've eaten in Tuscany for a great price, our room was beautiful and hotel cats were a bonus point. We would love to come back, thank you Paula!!
