Plain and simple but really comfortable, clean, and friendly. The two staff (owner and mother?) I met were extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was pastries and coffee with all the usual jams, Nutella, etc. If I had to overnight near Bergamo airport again I would definitely return to Hotel Cascata.

Extremely helpful, friendly and responsive staff. Exceptionally clean property..short (15 Min) walk to train and bus station and commercial area. You can even walk to Città Alta ..or take a bus down the street .. close to airport; 10-15 walk from hotel is airport bus stop..much, much cheaper than the 25 Euros for taxi ! Hotel room was super comfortable with wonderful views of mountains.

Excellent place and host ! We arrived very late in the night and the instructions were very clear so we found the place without any problems. The host preheated the apartment which was great as the nigh was cold. Highly appreciated. Apartment is very clean and one can see that hosts take care of every detail.

Excellent place, 10 -15 minutes walking to all atractions, clean, warm and bright rooms, great bathroom, all necessary equipment in the kitchen for preparing fast meal, polite host.We will come back again.

The spa was fantastic! It was huge with a pool, jacuzzi, Turkish and Swedish steam room (both enjoyable) and a relaxation lounge. Only improvement would be ice water or cucumber water offered. We truly enjoyed our stay in the centrally located hotel. Amenities were excellent, as well.

Modern hotel with a shiny look! We stayed over the night only, but enjoyed it. Both reception and bar staff showed professionalism and friendliness. Had dinner at the bar and it was tasty, very tasty. The early morning shuttle to the airport was on time and quickly delivered us into Bergamo airport. Do not hesitate and book this hotel if you need to stay near Bergamo airport.

Only about 25 minutes walk from the terminal. Google maps shows a much longer route. Very close. Great value. Had a private bathroom outside the room but it was great and sparkling. Everything was new and extremely clean. They offered a complimentary €4 credit on the vending machine at the front which was great. Check in was smooth. They sent messages to explain everything and how to get there. I will stay there again if I'm ever around!

Rooms were clean, also before arrival we've got all information- how to come, were to find keys. We found everything as described. Great location for those, who are waiting for their flight.
