Motorcycle/car gated parking 👍🏼 Room was comfortable with a decent bathroom. If I had been with my wife perhaps a larger room would have been a wise choice. I recommend the place 👍🏼

I loved everything about this hotel. I have family in L'Aquila and we spend a lot of time walking around the Piazza Del Duomo, which is just one short block away, so the location of this hotel was perfect. Dino the owner, his family and the rest of the staff were just lovely. The hotel was extremely quiet, which is great for a light sleeper like myself. I actually don't think I ever heard any of my neighbors now that I think of it. There was a nice new blow dryer in the room. I mention this because the year before I stayed at a different hotel in the Piazza and the blow dryer was a hose in the wall. I had to run out and buy a real blow dryer and I wish someone had mentioned this in that hotel's reviews. The breakfast every morning had so many choices and they made me a lovely "American" latte with soy milk every morning, which I'm still trying to replicate back here in the states... to no avail. Abruzzo coffee is just so yummy and I wish I had brought some home with me. I won't make that mistake the next time I'm there:) There is parking on the street but it is a bit crowded, so parking might be a little difficult, but if you are an experienced driver in Italy then you'll probably be fine. It was my first time driving there, and I was a bit nervous with all of the parking rules, so I just had the hotel valet my car every day in their lot for a small fee.

It is amazing hotel. We came at night and receptionist Julia helped us a lot. She is brilliant. Breakfast is great all types of food. Great staff, and amazing facilities.

Host was wonderful, the building from the 700s impeccably refurbished with all the amenities. Spacious, vaulted high ceilings. ..peaceful and quiet. Walking distance from center and sites. Includes a wonderful breakfast as well. Contact the owner if you go by car for best driving instructions. Highly recommended!

The house is beautifully furnished but the best thing for me was the kindness of the host Franco. A beautiful man.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great, with everything within walking distance. We will definitely come back and will highly recommend this place to our friends! Breakfast consisted of coffee and croissants, which could be ordered from a neighboring cafe. This added a special morning charm and allowed us to experience the local atmosphere. Overall, the service was top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our trip very pleasant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The appartment was extraordinary, beautiful, spacious, tasteful. The parking space was an extra we were very keen on to have, definitely in the old town with few parking possibilities.
