Great location! Great size room for myself and husband. Furnishings were top quality. Common areas were large and inviting.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed every moment there and did not expect breakfast to be such a fabulous spread. Highly recommend due to views from our corner suite, the professional and very courteous staff in all areas, convenient location, parking, and additional spa services offered.

The staff is exceptional—always helpful, kind, and ready to assist with any need. The facilities and rooms are spotless, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach promenade. One of the highlights for us was how incredibly pet-friendly the hotel and its entire staff were—it truly made a difference in our stay.

It’s just 20 m from the sandy beach and promenade—with Viareggio 500 m. Teresa (with help from family) manage it personally, adding warmth and family-driven hospitality. Staff: Friendly, helpful service from reception and restaurant. Facilities: buffet breakfast, on-site restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine (incl. options for celiac, vegetarian, and diet menus), bar/café, elevator, WiFi, free bike rentals, pet‑friendly rooms, and access to a nearby spa/wellness center . Cleanliness: bright interiors and good housekeeping .

Everything was great, the staff very welcoming, their little spa in the basement has a jacuzzi and a sauna, great for relaxing when the weather is bad. Incredible breakfast and the free bikes to ride around were just the right bonus. Room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. Despite not having sea view, the view over the city was nice.

Staff was amazing and welcoming. Help with everything and more. We felt like they really cared about us and that made the trip very enjoyable. If ill be coming back to Italy, i would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property split across two floors. Very large bedrooms great strong air conditioning. Kitchen was equipped with everything you might need two balconies. Serena was so kind and accommodating our whole stay and she left us some wine and sweets upon entering. There was a mishap regarding the taxi on our way back to the station and a very rude taxi driver but this had nothing to do with her! I would highly recommend this apartment also very close to the beach and restaurants Grazie Mille Serena a presto😊

Cozy, charming, quiet location with a wonderful breakfast, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

This is a magnificent home - good for a large family gathering. We loved the outdoor table where we ate all our meals, and it was wonderful to have 3 bathrooms so each couple had their own! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and tablewares. The washer was very helpful! You could walk to a food market in 10-12 minutes and to the beach in 15-20.
