United StatesLoved staff, facilities and breakfast was great. Very chill hotel, comfortable rooms in beds. Private parking in the back. Two blocks from the beach, and just had a Air of serenity about it. Everything was perfect. Not big and fancy, but simple, clean, accommodating, and very pleasant. Highly recommended.

AustraliaLovely house about 200m from the beach, 300m from the town centre, 4kms from Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi.
The room was spacious and cleaned everyday by this lovely lady. She changed the towels, vacuumed and made sure coffee and biscuits were replaced. And did everything with a smile. Unfortunately due to language issues I could not converse with her so don't know her name.
The owner lives below and is always happy to help. I had an early train and it was a bit of a struggle to get a taxi so he offered to drop me off at the Pietrasanta train station. Absolutely lovely people.
I stayed for a week and would definitely be the first choice when I return back.

Man on reception was really nice and helpfull. It is better to reserve parking lot at the hotel beacuse streets are really narrow. Staff in the restaurance was very nice too.

Definitely, the best stay we had throughout our trip to Italy, we had a gigantic backyard dedicated to our unit. The location of the hotel was amazing and near to the beach.
- Staff was super friendly and helpful, giving us local suggestions and guidance
- 10 min walking away is a central market that comes to live after 7, you can rent a bicycle from the hotel and visit it
- Lots of free parking spaces around

The roof rooms (no balcony) have a good size for two people and also a good bathroom. A little fridge was available to put in some soft drinks bottles. The room is clean and with a tv. It’s nice to have a possibility to eat a menu in the evening at the hotel.
A breakfast buffet and a bar in the hotel is also available. The pool is refreshing in the summer time and the beach is in walking distance ( 5-6 minutes)
The big private parking lot in the nice big garden with many nice plants and trees is perfect.

The hotel met all our expectations. Room with balconies large enough and comfortable, including beds. Paid and free parking on the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, perfect rich and varied breakfasts, large sun terrace on the roof with jacuzzi. Can only be recommended.
