United StatesFabio was there to greet us and tell us a little about the area and the points of interest. He gave us a map and explained to us how to buy bus/ferry tickets for our day visit to Venice. Our car was safely locked behind a gate during our stay. It was easy to come and go through the gate. Felt very safe and secure.

United StatesThis cozy, clean and spacious property is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the grocery store (Ali supermercati), delicious restaurants like 'Il Giardinetto' and the ticket machine (tobacconist) to purchase the bus tickets to visit Venice. The bus stop is also nearby! Very convenient. The host Stefano was extremely kind to provide a lot of useful information that made my family's trip easy and enjoyable. Really appreciate it, Stefano! The house had all the necessary amenities such as hot water, heater, fast WiFi, etc. We would stay in this location again. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with a major advantage of being very close to the bus stop. The bus takes your directly to Venice and it takes 10 minutes. Free parking, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty basic but good. There are a few pretty good restaurants nearby.

The swimming pool and bathtub were very good also the location not far for visiting venice and there is hotel's shuttle with prefixed schedule to go and return , the bus station is not far and it is more convenient and cheaper if you go by your car to the bus no 6 parmasan stop station it will take few minutes and there is free parking so youvwill have your own schedule and will avoid the risk to loose the prefixed time and the cost of the shuttle ticket

The room was large and very clean, the bathroom was great too. We were in the ‘Zoe’ room. The property was gated and had secure parking. The breakfast was good and the owners were very friendly and helpful with giving us information to catch the bus into Venice.

For the price asked it’s a solid stay for a night or two if you’re flying by Venice. Room had a fridge, free parking on site is useful and there is a bus stop to the city just outside.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was spacious enough for three persons and clean. The location of the hotel is OK due to the metro station being located just 400-500 meters away. The free parking place was available in a non-guarded parking lot behind the hotel.

It's my second time in this hotel. Still making me wanting to back when staying in Venice. Perfect location. Bathroom is 5-stars, awesome shower. The beds are very big and confortable. Spacious room. Big tv(felt like a 50"). Great breakfast. Very spacious free parking lot. All the crew were amazing.
