Our apartment?!? 10 minutes from the beautiful Venice, economical, comfortable and beautiful, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. A minute's walk from the bus stop, and by bus Venice is far only 10 minutes, and very close to bars, pizzerias, supermarket and restaurant. the ideal solution for those who want to visit Venice enjoying a new and affordable housing and want to taste the real Italian flavors!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood The area where the house is located is very strategic: it is possible to reach Venice in 10 minutes by bus to the price of 1.50 Euro per person or decide to move by car or train to reach the Venetian beauties like Verona, Padua, Treviso and Vicenza. Getting around For those who like to know the Italian and Venetian typical products close to the house there are great bars, restaurants and pizzerias (cheaper than in Venice and certainly less touristy). For those who prefer to fully enjoy the benefits of the apartment you will find supermarkets, groceries stores, butchers and fishmongers! In the same building there is a pharmacy, a supermarket is about 100 meters and in 2 minutes walk can be reached all the points of interest nearby. You can park your car close to the house and see it from the balconies, the tram and bus to Venice is 50 meters and the kiosk to buy tickets is next to the stop. The price of the bus ticket or tram is 1.50 per person.
