Perfect place. Modern apartment with everything you need in there to exist. Don't pass it up if you're looking to book something in the area. SUPER CLEAN! Parking in the front. A/C works very good. Others could learn from them how a place should be preppared. Thank You.

We had a very nice stay at Fattorie di Montechiaro. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy and rainy during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the views and surroundings as much as we would have liked, but it was still a very pleasant experience. We were not able to try the dinner, as it was not available on the days we stayed, but we would love to come back again when the weather is nicer. I also forgot my necklace, and the host was extremely kind and helpful in posting it to my next accommodation. Overall, we really liked our stay and would happily return.

What a perfect and restful place to stay for the night. Beautifully designed modern apartment with many cozy touches so it doesn’t feel “too modern.” Very nice shower which includes a steam shower function - for which the hosts will give you “aromatherapy” sachets! Breakfast is provided in the kitchen with various breads and other items. The owners provide a booklet with all the necessary local info and also will contact you to make sure you are OK. They are super kind! If you are walking, it is a little bit off the Via degli Dei but totally worth it. It’s easily a 10/10!!!

Very nice place, amazing nature nearby, super nice and comfortable apartment, very clean. We stopped here only for one night as a transit stop, but wish we would stay for a several days. If you want to stay in a calm, nice place to have a rest and enjoy the nature, that’s the best choice.

The location, farm feeling, hospitality of the owners, the food was exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable and all what we need was in there and more! We could walk in the forest and you can hire bikes also. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our stay at B&B La Cascina was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to the countryside near Bologna. The property is beautifully set in a peaceful rural landscape, surrounded by greenery and farmland, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and escape from the busy city. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. Everything felt very well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the best parts of the stay was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always happy to offer suggestions about the area and make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness made us feel more like guests in a home rather than visitors at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious with fresh products and local touches that reflect the wonderful culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna. After exploring nearby towns, it was lovely to return to such a quiet and relaxing place in the evening. Overall, this B&B offers the perfect balance between countryside tranquility and easy access to the cultural and gastronomic attractions of the region. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for an authentic and peaceful Italian countryside experience. Heating was working perfectly as well.
